Role spotlight: Digital Marketing Executive
Full-time Pune Marketing Department
What you'll do
- Plan and execute Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for B2B clients
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from 50K to 5L+
- Create and optimise landing pages for lead conversion
- Set up and manage LinkedIn Lead Gen Form campaigns
- Write compelling ad copy across search, display, and social formats
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Work directly with the strategy team on campaign direction
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes and best practices
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years of hands-on Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Comfortable reading data and drawing conclusions from analytics
- Strong written communication in English and Marathi/Hindi
- Google Ads certification preferred (we'll sponsor if you don't have it)
The OmniGross Internship
Our 3-month internship is designed to give you real agency experience not coffee runs or data entry. Interns at OmniGross work on live client campaigns, sit in on strategy calls, and present work directly to the team.
We offer a stipend of 8,000 to 12,000/month based on the role. Strong performers are offered pre-placement opportunities before the internship ends.
